The Credit Bundles is another one of Video Husky’s video editing services; this format allows customers to avail video editing services under Video Husky without committing to a long-term subscription or contract by allowing customers to purchase credit bundles that can be used to redeem video editing services.

<aside> 🤔 With purchased credits, customers can choose a project package (a selection of ready-made video editing packages with predetermined workload criteria based on typical video projects) applicable to their video request requirements, or if their project does not apply to any of the project packages, customers can request a custom credit quotation which is based on our credit breakdown.

Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Credit Bundles service of Video Husky. Please note that other terms and conditions applicable to the retainer plans may not be applicable to the Credit Bundles.

<aside> 🚨 CREDIT VALIDITY, EXPIRATION, AND USAGE

  1. Customers may redeem their credits at any point by submitting a video request form within six (6) months, starting from the date of their Credit Bundle purchase.
  2. Credits have a validity period of six (6) months starting from the bundle’s date of purchase.
    1. Six (6) months after the date of the Credit Bundle purchase, any remaining credits will become dormant and are considered expired.
  3. All sales are final and “start dates” cannot be adjusted under the Credit Bundles plan.
  4. Video Husky’s Account Pause Policy is not applicable under the Credit Bundles plan.
  5. Credits are not transferrable to another Video Husky editing plan (e.g., “Can my credits cover the cost for a one-month payment on a retainer plan?”).
  6. Credits are transferrable to another customer under the Credit Bundles plan.
  7. Credits are non-refundable. </aside>
